Our story
Founded in 1984, Xingfa was listed on HKEX(Code:98) on March 31, 2008. Xingfa is a well-known large-scale enterprise specialized in producing architectural and industrial aluminium profiles and has edged into the front ranks of the worlds leading aluminium profile manufacturers.
To help Xingfa headquarters (Guangdong Xingfa Aluminium Co., Ltd) expand overseas and Hong Kong markets, Xingfa Aluminium (Hong Kong) Limited was founded.
In order to meet the rapid growth of market needs,Xingfa continuously expanded other production bases in Nanhai(Guangdong Prov.), Chengdu(Sichuan Prov.), Yichun(Jiangxi Prov.), Qinyang(Henan Prov.) and Huzhou(Zhejiang Prov.). Xingfa thereafter has created a 7-base manufacturing layout in China local area. As the company progresses in its globalization efforts, Xingfa has also set up production bases in Australia and Vietnam. The overseas manufacturing bases offer the “Zero Distance Strategy”,which stands for local producing, local customers and local service, to provide more high-quality and efficient service to the customers. Xingfa has become the forerunner in the global aluminium industry.
Xingfa has participated in drafting and formulating 2 International Standards, 77 National Standards，and 33 Industry Standards of Aluminium Industry. Xingfa owns more than 1000 national patents of aluminium profile, offers over 600,000 aluminium products and industrial solutions, covering a wide range of applications such as construction windows and doors, curtain walls, electrical facilities, machinery equipment, railway transportation, aviation and aerospace, ship and vessel, etc. Relying on strong R&D capability and persistent pursuit of excellent quality, Xingfa has set up wide and stable sales networks throughout China and the world, with an aim to satisfy the high quality needs of the global customers.

Xingfa Aluminium maintains prestigious R&D platforms including the "Postdoctoral Research Station," "CNAS-accredited Laboratory," and "National Enterprise Technology Center." Long-term industry-academia-research partnerships have been established with Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Central South University, South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology, and Guangzhou Non-ferrous Metals Research Institute.

Reliable product testing
Our CNAS-accredited Physical & Chemical Testing Center issues internationally recognized test reports. Equipped with advanced instruments including German-made inverted microscopes, photoelectric spectrometers, American-sourced xenon lamp aging testers, and salt spray test chambers, the center implements closed-loop quality control covering raw material inspection, production process monitoring, and finished/semi-finished product verification.

A comprehensive quality assurance system has been systematically developed and continuously optimized, maintaining consistently superior product quality. Certifications include ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, GJB 9001C Military Equipment Quality Management, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management, and DNV certification. The company has received top-tier honors including the "Gold Award at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference," "Platinum International Quality Star Award," and "Diamond International Quality Star Award."

Global standard setter
Adhering to the philosophy that "first-class enterprises set standards, second-class build brands, and third-class make products," Xingfa has actively participated in standard formulation. By 2023, we have drafted over 130 national, industrial, and association standards. Notably, in 2013, we submitted and successfully initiated the ISO standard development proposal for "Anodic Oxidation Composite Films on Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys" to the International Organization for Standardization.

Green Production
Committed to full-process green manufacturing, Xingfa integrates energy conservation into all operations. Our 113MW photovoltaic project across 120,000m² of factory rooftops serves as a national demonstration project, effectively alleviating power demands while reducing coal consumption, water usage, and pollutant emissions. The "Air Pollutant Reduction Technology Upgrade for Aluminium Profile Production Lines" was recognized as a "National Industrial Clean Production Demonstration Project" by China's MIIT in 2014.

Equipped with globally advanced production systems including vertical powder coating lines (Japan), vertical electrophoresis lines (Japan), casting equipment (USA), and homogenizing furnaces (UK), Xingfa achieves high-efficiency manufacturing. Our pioneering "Digital Factory" employs cloud computing, big data analytics, intelligent logistics, and process reengineering to establish an industry-first data-driven model, enabling full digitalization and smart integration across R&D, order management, production, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
