Xingfa’s Expansion and Global Strategy
To meet the rapid growth of market demands, Xingfa has significantly expanded its manufacturing footprint both domestically and internationally. Since 2009, the company has continually upgraded its production capabilities to ensure better service and stronger market presence.
Xingfa's expansion began with the enlargement of its headquarters manufacturing base in 2009, followed by the establishment of four additional manufacturing bases in Chengdu (Sichuan), Yichun (Jiangxi), Qinyang (Henan), and Huzhou (Zhejiang). This allowed the company to build a strong seven-base manufacturing network across China.
Alongside domestic growth, Xingfa has pursued international expansion, setting up a manufacturing base in Vietnam and constructing one in Australia, which is nearing completion. These overseas bases support Xingfa's "Zero Distance Strategy," which focuses on local production, local customers, and local services, ensuring faster and more efficient delivery. Through these strategic moves, Xingfa has cemented its leadership in the global aluminium industry.
