OEM & Custom Process
1. Save your model in a CAD file type
The most commonly used formats for CNC machining are STEP and IGES. These file types are open-format, universally accepted, and compatible with various systems.
For optimal performance: Convert your designs straight from your original CAD program into the STEP file format.
2. Create a technical drawing
While CNC machining doesn't strictly need an technical drawing, it's advisable to attach one to your order since it contains details absent in a STEP file.
3. Get a quick quotation
After receiving the required product information files(drawings/samples), we will try our best to contact you within 24 hours and give you a quotation.
4. Sign a contract
Signing a purchase contract,determining quantities,delivery dates,specification,packing methods and shipping details.After the contract is signed, we will arrange product production immediately.
